This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which Tluzarinstxly will accept returns and issue refunds for purchases made through tluzarinstxly.ddd. Your rights are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand).
1. Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), our products must:
- Be of acceptable quality — safe, durable, and free from defects
- Match their description as presented on this Website
- Be fit for any particular purpose you made known to us before purchase
If a product does not meet these guarantees, you have the right to a remedy. This policy does not limit or override any rights you have under New Zealand law.
2. Returns Eligibility
You may return a product and request a refund, replacement, or exchange if:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or faulty
- The product was significantly different from its description on the Website
- The product seal was compromised upon arrival
- You received the wrong product
We also accept returns for change-of-mind purchases within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided the product remains unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. Change-of-mind returns are at our discretion and are not a statutory right under the CGA.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or partially used (except where defective)
- Products whose tamper-evident seal has been broken by the customer
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or failure to follow storage instructions
- Products returned more than 30 days after confirmed delivery (unless a statutory remedy applies)
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include in your request: your full name, order reference or date of purchase, the reason for the return, and (where applicable) photographs of any damage or defect.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions where applicable. Please do not return any product without first receiving return authorisation from us.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued
In cases where a replacement is preferred over a refund, we will dispatch the replacement product within 2 business days of return approval, subject to stock availability.
7. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately and include photographic evidence. We will arrange a suitable remedy without requiring you to return the product in most cases of clear damage.
